Payment Shipping Policy

Payment Policy for Masterpiece Art Exports Private Limited/Masterpiece Art Auctions

Payment is due, in full, upon receipt of invoice, and must be done by the winner/buyer no later than 7 days after an invoice is received. No lots/items will be released until payment has been made. Payment (in US Dollars) may be made via PayPal, Payoneer or Bank Wire Transfer only. Failure to settle your auction/purchase invoice within 7 days may also, at our discretion, result in forfeiture of the lots/items won/purchase, as well as revocation of future bidding/buying privileges.

Shipping Policy for Masterpiece Art Exports Private Limited/Masterpiece Art Auctions

We offer packing and shipping of all items worldwide. We dispatch items within 7 working days but it may take 3-4 weeks after receiving the payment in full, due to various reasons beyond our control. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Expedited shipping and insurance are available upon request. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. We will pack your item with a professional packer using the safest materials. If you win/buy multiple items, we will combine shipping. Our shippers of choice are Ship global, India Post, FedEx, DHL, DTDC, and UPS, but we are able to ship via other carriers as deemed necessary or by request. Actual shipping cost (including insurance, if requested) will be communicated to the winner/buyer after the auction/purchase and it will be the buyer’s responsibility. For shipments outside of the India, customs, duties and other tariffs may apply upon entry in to said country, and this fee, if any, is also the winner’s/buyer’s responsibility.
